Making Citrus Calendula Soap

I actually remembered to film myself working!  YAAAYYY!  I'm trying to get better of showing you more behind the scenes of me working.  Progress....

Here's a video of me making my Citrus Calendula Soap.  It's a simple recipe with lots of skin-loving oils and uplifting citrus essential oil scents.  For all of my recipes I use the cold process method.

Check it out and let me know whatcha think!

Using Coconut Avocado Hair Mask as a Leave-In

Massaging our Coconut Avocado Hair Mask into my locs weekly is a staple after washing with the Mint & Tea Tree Shampoo Bar.
Nothing complicated as I prefer simplicity.  The Coconut Avocado Hair Mask is multi-use and can be used as a pre-poo, conditioner, or leave-in. Watch the video below and see how I use this ultra-light mask as a leave-in.
This is the ultimate food for your hair made with organic coconut oil and avocado oil infused with potent rosemary, nettle and horsetail herbs. These ingredients work together to strengthen and revitalize your hair leaving it with a healthy shine.
My hair loves this mask and I'm sure yours will too!  Try it and let me know whatcha think ;)

First New Arrival of the New Year!

I have been sick all year (literally) and I'm playing catch up behind the scenes.  I have several new products that I plan to introduce before the spring and here's the first.....Eva Jenae Naturals Sisal Soap Pouch
This Sisal Soap Pouch is a lifesaver for your handmade soaps and shampoo bars! Our bars naturally contain a high amount of glycerin which attracts moisture. While this is great for your skin, it’s not so great for the life of your soap because it will break down rapidly if left in moisture.  Sisal is a natural fiber so this pouch doubles as an exfoliator while extending the life your soap. Use it to hang your soap between uses and allow to dry.

Check back to see what else we have up our sleeve for 2020!

Shipping Costs Suck!

TRUST ME-I GET IT! I loathe the cost of shipping too, but it's necessary.  Please know that I DO NOT set the shipping costs.  They are automatically calculated by USPS based on the weight of the items you're ordering and your zip code.  I've been offering free shipping on all orders over $50 in the U.S. for a few years now, but recently I've been eating shipping costs because of the increases in prices. Prices are set to increase AGAIN at the end of January by an average of 4% for priority shipping!

As a small business, that's a cost I can't afford.  As of 1 Jan 2020, priority shipping will be free for all U.S. orders (and APO/AE addresses) over $75.

Thanks for continuing to rock with me!
